ENDING HOMELESSNESS ONE PERSON AT A TIME

Housing First, NOT Housing Only

image2

Housing First is a philosophy that values flexibility, individualized supports, client choice, and autonomy. It's never been housing only, and it never should be.

Supportive services are critical to Housing First.

Housing IS Healthcare

Poor health puts one at risk for homelessness.   Homelessness puts one at risk for poor health .   Homelessness makes it difficult to treat illnesses.    Housing First allows access to primary care and outpatient services, improving health outcomes.

50,000+ people live on LA Streets

The solution to homelessness is affordable housing.  People are literally dying for shelter in Los Angeles.  We will not stand by and do nothing while our neighbors are suffering. We are making beds available.   Either sidewalks or shelter, encampments or homes.
